Refund policy

Your right to cancel — 14 days

This policy applies to all our customers, wherever you live, including the United States. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you — or someone you choose, other than the carrier — receive the products. If your order arrives in several parcels, they start on the day you receive the last one.

How to cancel

  1. Email vitalyxproducts@gmail.com before the 14 days end. Tell us your order number and that you wish to cancel. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.
  2. We will confirm we have received your request and send you the return address.
  3. Send the products back within 14 days of telling us. Please pack them carefully and keep your proof of postage.

Cost of returning the products

If you cancel because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending the products back. If a product arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we cover all costs.

Your refund

  • We will refund everything you paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.
  • If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard one, we will not refund the difference.
  • We may wait to refund you until we receive the products back, or until you show us proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first.
  • We refund using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
  • You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the products more than needed to check them.

Exception: opened cosmetics

For health and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to cosmetic products whose seal or protective packaging has been opened or removed after delivery. Unopened products can be returned as normal.

Damaged, faulty or wrong products

This is separate from the 14-day period. Customers in the United States and outside the EU: please tell us within 30 days of delivery. Customers in the EU have the legal guarantee of conformity: 3 years from delivery in Spain, and the legal minimum in their country elsewhere in the EU. Please email vitalyxproducts@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. A photo helps us act faster. We will send a replacement or refund you, and pay any return costs.
