These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made on vitalyxproducts.store. Please read them before you place an order. By placing an order, you accept them.
1. Who we are
The seller is the owner of this website, trading as Vitalyx. Their full name, ID number and postal address are in our Legal Notice. You can contact us at any time at vitalyxproducts@gmail.com.
2. Who can buy
Our store is aimed at consumers aged 18 or over who buy for personal use. We ship to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy.
3. Our products
We describe each product, its ingredients and how to use it as accurately as we can. Photos are for guidance, and small differences in colour or packaging may occur. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Results vary from person to person. Always read the ingredients and do a patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, stop using the product.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), or in the currency you select in the store. Before you pay, the checkout shows the final total, including shipping and any applicable taxes, such as US sales tax or EU VAT. If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before sending the order. You can then confirm it at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
5. How to place an order
- Add the products you want to your cart.
- Go to checkout and enter your email, shipping address and delivery method.
- Review your order. You can go back and correct any detail before paying.
- Choose a payment method and confirm the order with the payment button.
Right after that, you will receive an email confirming your order. That email completes the contract. It includes a summary of your purchase, and we keep a copy of your order. Contracts are made in English.
6. Payment
The payment methods available are shown at checkout — for example, credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment is charged when you place the order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see your full card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery times, rates and destinations are explained in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to the person you choose.
8. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. How to do it, the exceptions and how refunds work are explained in our Refund Policy.
9. Legal guarantee
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us. We will replace it, or refund you if a replacement is not possible, at no cost to you.
- Customers in the United States and outside the EU: please tell us within 30 days of delivery. This does not limit any rights you have under the law of your state or country.
- Customers in the EU: you have the legal guarantee of conformity — 3 years from delivery in Spain, and the legal minimum in your country elsewhere in the EU.
10. Liability
We are responsible for the products we sell as required by law. We are not responsible for damage caused by using a product against its instructions, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
11. Personal data
We use your data only to manage your order and, if you agree, for the other purposes explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Complaints and applicable law
If something goes wrong, write to vitalyxproducts@gmail.com. We will reply as soon as possible, and within one month at the latest. These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection given by the mandatory laws of your country. You can also contact the consumer protection authorities where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
